On 14 November 2024, “Scientific Publications” signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Directorate of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The High Technology Park (HTP) of the Kyrgyz Republic is an export-oriented virtual tax regime that provides favourable conditions for the development of IT companies.

- 0% – value added tax (VAT)
- 0% – income tax
- 0% – sales tax
- 1% – contribution to the HTP directorate
- 5% – personal income tax
Directorate of the High-Tech Park of the Kyrgyz Republic
The Directorate is a legal entity in the organisational and legal form of an institution with property, financial and economic independence. It has its own property, balance sheet, seal, stamps, letterheads in the state and official languages, as well as accounts in the treasury and financial institutions. The Directorate may enter into civil law transactions, appear in court and perform other functions in accordance with the law.

- increasing the competitiveness of domestic companies operating in the field of software development and IT services;
- implementing measures to strengthen the business reputation of the FTZ and its residents;
- attracting foreign manufacturers to the FTZ.
