- National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (H-index 37): Coordinates the activities of scientific organizations and institutes of Kyrgyzstan. Conducts fundamental and applied research in various fields of science. Promotes the implementation of scientific developments in production.
- University of Central Asia (H-index 32): The first private, non-profit university in Central Asia. Education is conducted in English. Offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.
- American University of Central Asia (H-index 24): The first U.S.-accredited university in Central Asia. Offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs in various fields.
