The National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic is the successor of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic in all matters.

"Scientific Publications" company and the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic intend to jointly develop science and scientometrics to ensure rapid progress and improve the quality of future research.
The memorandum signed between the parties includes the following:
- Collaboration in the field of science, education, scientometrics, and scientific research.
- Support and assistance in organizing and conducting joint events.
- Organization of scientific projects and courses that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
- Informational and advisory support in preparing scientific papers, articles, and their publication in international scientometric databases.
