The company "Scientific Publications" has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, named after Major General of the Militia Aliyev E.A., is the highest educational institution in Kyrgyzstan. It is the highest and the only educational institution of its kind in the system of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at training highly qualified personnel for the internal affairs bodies, including managerial and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.
On January 15, 2000, by the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Bishkek Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic was transformed into the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, and it was named after the first major general of the Kyrgyz militia in history, Major General of the Militia Aliyev Ergesh Aliyevich.
